Homeowners' Association
One of the greatest benefits of Association Living is the maintenance provided to your village by your homeowners' association. Your Homeowners' Association is exactly what the name implies... the associated management of your site by the community's homeowners. Essentially, your Homeowners' Association is made up of homeowners from your village who volunteer their time to manage the community responsiblities and liabilities including, but not limited to, exterior maintenance (including lawn care, landscaping and snow removal), covenants control, insurance maintenance and community relations. The Homeowners' Association determines who will provide services to the community and how the community's "association fees" will be managed to cover the expenses of the village. Any homeowner can be a part of their village's homeowners' association and all homeowners are encouraged to participate.
